Refund and Returns Policy

At Methqal Perfumes, we want you to enjoy a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds can be processed.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The request is submitted within the allowed return period stated at checkout or on the product page.

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned or exchanged.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Products purchased on final sale unless defective


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received:

• A damaged product,

• A leaking bottle,

• An incorrect item,

Please contact us immediately with photos or video as proof, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order details.

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.

  3. Ship the product back in its original condition and packaging.

  4. Once the product is inspected and approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Important:
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was faulty or incorrect.


5. Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Methqal Perfumes is at fault.


6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the standard return process applies.


7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product:

  • The original item must meet all return conditions.

  • Any price differences will need to be settled before the new item is shipped.
